I'm grateful for everything in my life. I'm grateful that my family and I are in good health. I am lucky enough to live close to my parents, and be able to visit with them often. I have an amazing husband who supports me in everything I do. He's in the military, so he travels quite a bit, but I can appreciate him that much more when he leaves and I realize that I can't live without him. I seriously wouldn't survive...I have no food in my refrigerator and today told a friend, "I guess I won't eat until he comes back {in October}." Our service men and women {and their spouses} are making huge sacrifices for our country. I couldn't possibly thank them enough for their service. I'm fortunate to have the best job in the world. I love getting up and going to work each day with my amazing students, whom I consider my own. I'm grateful that I have this online community that I consider family. I look forward to logging in each day to see what you've posted. I'm most grateful when I can serve others. In the past few years, I have learned about the atonement and the restoration of the gospel. Without it, my life is without purpose. My life has completely changed for the better, thanks to the missionaries who spent time answering questions, praying, and teaching me lessons. These young men and women are giving two years of their lives to share their love of Christ. For that, I am eternally grateful. We are so fortunate to live in such a beautiful world that we, so often, take for granted. We need to spend more of our time stepping away from our busy lives and really thinking about what we do have. It's in those moments that we can hear that "still small voice" that can guide us in our lives.
